Dr. Meghan Thomas Doctor of Chiropractic
As a competitive athlete and sports enthusiast, Dr. Meghan has always taken a keen interest in the sports medical field. Raised in Canada, she attended the University of Ottawa and obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Kinetics (Kinesiology). During this time, her growing love and interest in manual therapy inspired her to attend the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon to obtain her Doctorate of Chiropractic degree.
Dr. Meghan has contributed a large part of her life towards sports, competing in gymnastics, diving, swimming, water polo and sprint canoe. Having represented Canada at the Pan-America Championships and Sprint Canoe World Championships, Dr. Meghan can relate to many chronic and acute injuries.
Her approach is to combine chiropractic manipulations, manual therapy, soft tissue techniques and rehabilitation. “I strive to provide the best care for my patients, with a blended approach that is unique to each individual’s needs.” She is certified in Graston and full-body Active Release Technique (ART).
Aside from caring for patients at Asula, you will often find Dr. Meghan with her dog, Sadie, practicing yoga and gardening.
