She utilizes chiropractic manipulation, soft tissue, and rehabilitative exercises to address the body as a whole and ensure it is functioning at its optimal level. She educates each patient and gives them the tools necessary to live a healthier and more active lifestyle long term, by addressing the source of the pain rather than only focusing on the symptoms. She believes self care, and movement is one of the best and safest forms of medicine that contributes to overall health and wellness.
When not treating patients, Dr. Delaney loves going on hikes with her dog Izzy, cheering on the Washington State Cougars, trying out new restaurants, and going on adventures.
